📦 Shipping

Yes! We ship to Portugal, Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination, weight and value of the order.

In mainland Portugal, the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.

For Europe, delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

For the rest of the world, between 5 and 10 business days (may vary depending on the country).

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link to follow everything in real time.

The carrier will attempt to deliver again or leave instructions to reschedule or pick up at a collection point. If you have any questions, please contact us.

At Missimuah, we follow a policy of slow fashion and conscious production — we do everything with time, love and purpose. We produce in limited quantities to avoid waste ( Zero Waste ), which means that when an item is sold out... it's really sold out! ✨ Each piece is almost like a treasure: exclusive, rare and designed to last.

If you see something you love, don't think twice — it's now or (probably) never!

🌱 Sustainability

Sustainability is a priority for us, but we also know that it is a path with many challenges — especially in the fashion industry. That’s why we prefer to be transparent: we are not (and do not claim to be) 100% sustainable. But we are 100% conscious and committed to doing better with each collection.

Whenever possible, we choose more responsible raw materials, such as organic cotton , recycled fibers and lower-impact production techniques. We are constantly researching to improve our processes and choices.

Yes! We use recyclable and reusable packaging, and we are always looking for solutions that reduce our ecological footprint. We believe that every detail counts.

We know that production, no matter how carefully it is carried out, always has an impact. That is why we have made an additional commitment through partnerships that generate a positive impact :

🌳 GoodAPI : for every item sold, we plant 2 trees and remove the equivalent of 2 plastic bottles from the oceans.

🌍 Carbon Checkout : we invite our customers to voluntarily offset the emissions associated with their order at the time of purchase.

Our goal is to evolve with consistency, responsibility and transparency. But we also have our feet on the ground: we know that total sustainability is a difficult ideal to achieve.

So we ask — sincerely:

Can anyone really say that it is 100% sustainable?

🤝 Work Ethics

Our pieces are produced in several countries , including Portugal, always in partnership with workshops that share our social and human values. We work with suppliers who ensure decent, safe working conditions that respect labor rights — because we believe that the beauty of a piece also comes from those who make it.

We do everything we can to make that happen. We don’t have a stamp that says “perfect”, but we have a clear commitment: not to tolerate labor exploitation . We always try to work with companies that guarantee fair wages, regular working hours and respect for people.

We know that the path is long, but we walk with awareness.

Some of our partners and fabrics have internationally recognized certifications, such as GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or OEKO-TEX® . However, we prefer to talk about practices rather than labels — because for us, more than showing a label, it is important to ensure that there are real values behind each piece .

Whenever possible, yes — and we are proud of that. Portugal has a strong textile tradition and we work with several workshops in the north of the country. But as Missimuah also wants to grow in a balanced way, at times we turn to other partners outside Portugal — with the same ethical and human standards .

We see ourselves as an ethical, conscious and evolving brand. More than providing absolute answers, we want to maintain a stance of transparency, coherence and continuous improvement .

We believe in doing better — always.
