Returns & Exchanges

You can return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. When requesting an exchange or return, you must ensure that all items are in the same condition as received, with original tags and corresponding invoices.

Exchanges

After receiving the order, the customer has 14 days to exchange or return the product.
You can exchange the color or size of the items. If you want to exchange the purchased product for a different item, you must return it and place a new order online.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you must:

  1. Send an email to hello@missimuah.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive instructions.
  2. After receiving the instructions, place the item(s) in the original packaging in which you received the order (or another cardboard box) and ensure that the merchandise you are returning is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included.

The shipping costs for returned or exchanged products are at your expense.

Once your order arrives at our warehouse, you must wait up to 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount corresponding to the returned item will be credited using the same payment method as your purchase, excluding shipping costs.

If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the order will be sent back to the recipient. Once the return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.

How long does it take to be refunded?

We usually process returns within 3 to 7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, we will request the refund immediately and send you a confirmation email.

The time required to process your refund depends on the payment method used:

  • Credit card: Our bank will process your refund within 7 business days after the return confirmation email. The time needed for the credit to be restored to your account depends on your bank.
  • PayPal: You will receive the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours after the return confirmation email.
  • Multibanco or MBWay: Your refund will be issued via bank transfer to the same bank account used for the payment. You will receive the refund within 10 business days after receiving the return confirmation email.

Missimuah reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or sent outside the established period or items that are not in the same condition as they were purchased.
