RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES

If items were ordered online, they must be returned by post within 14 days of receiving your order. To return items by post, simply follow the steps below.

Identify the items in your Invoice/Receipt document

Your invoice/receipt document that accompanies your package also serves as a return form. Using this document, simply check the returns box and specify a return "reason code" next to the affected items in your order. There is also a return address label attached to this document for your convenience, which you can use on your package to us. Once you remove the return address label, be sure to place the rest of the document inside the return package so we know who it is from when we receive it!

Repack items to be returned

All items to be returned must be in their original condition* and, where possible, re-packaged in the packaging in which they were received. If this packaging is no longer available this is no problem and alternative packaging can be used to contain the items, however any packaging will be at your expense.

Apply label with return address

The return address label is attached to your invoice/receipt document that comes inside your original package. This label must be placed on the front, outside of the package you are returning. If you no longer have this label for any reason, please see the address below as you can easily write it on the packaging as an alternative.

Send your return package

Take the package you are returning to any local post office or carrier of your choice. A shipping fee will be charged by your chosen postal service. The fee charged will vary depending on the courier company and service chosen, as well as the combined weight of your returns. Please note that return shipping fees are your responsibility and that any returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For these reasons, we strongly recommend that you return any package using a recorded delivery service and obtain a proof of postage certificate (or receipt) from the post office or courier used. We also strongly recommend that you retain this proof of shipping certificate (or receipt) until your refund has been successfully processed by us. Just in case!
