Always measure around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring you keep the tape measure as level as possible around your back and under your arms.
MEASURE YOUR WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your body, which is above your belly button but below your rib cage.
MEASURE YOUR HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually approximately 23 cm below your waist.
